Your health and welfare is paramount to us here at Hypnoslim. During your initial Consultation a comprehensive Health and wellbeing questionnaire will be completed. The outcome of the questionnaire may result in us asking you to obtain medical advice or consent prior to undertaking Hypnoslim sessions. If this is the case a refund minus the consultation fee will be offered until that advice has been sought.

If you are currently taking medication it is advised that always seek professional guidance from a Qualified Medical Practitioner before you proceed with any other interventions.

How we operate. Here at Hypnoslim we like to work ethically and fairly. We will do our best endeavors to accommodate you with different appointment times including evening and weekends

Appointments can only be booked once a session or package has been purchase on-line

We will contact you within 48 hours of your package purchase to discuss your package and agree appointment times. The initial Consultation appointment will either be by telephone, face to face or skype dependant on your location and package purchased. Subsequent methods of contact for further appointments will be agreed at the initial consultation.

If you book a package and change your mind within 48 hours a full refund is available. Cancelling outside of this timeframe within 7 days will incur sliding scale charges. Cancellations outside of 7 days will be charged in full. Please contact us for further details.

If it is deemed the package you have selected is inappropriate to your needs after the initial consultation alternative options will be discussed. A full refund minus the Consultation Fee will be offered if the alternative options are not suitable.

We appreciate changes can happen and you may need to rearrange an appointment. If you are unable to make an appointment we trust that you will give us sufficient notice (Minimum 24 hours) We can then rearrange your appointment to an alternative time with no charges incurred. Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments mean we reserve the right to charge in full which we don’t like to do. So we ask that you contact us to let us know as soon as you can if any changes are required.

The success of Hypnoslim is reliant on completing all of the sessions. Full fees are applicable if you decide to stop the sessions prior to completing the whole Hypnoslim course.
