PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE
When you supply personal details to the HypnoSlim® website they are stored and processed for four reasons.
- We need your personal details and professional background so we can provide the best possible support to you for your practice as a HypnoSlim® Practitioner and/or trainer. Your permission to advertise on the website comes with your agreement that you will comply with DPA (2018) regarding your client work and/or training work with HypnoSlim®.
- We have legitimate interest in collecting information because without it we cannot provide the profile or the support for your registration.
- We also think it is important to contact you to provide updates related to matters of your registration and in all matters regarding HypnoSlim® and this constitutes legitimate interest.
- Providing that we have your consent, we may also send you more general information, newsletter etc. regarding the HypnoSlim® and the profession in general. This is provided by a bulk email server where you may opt out at any time or you may let us know by any other convenient method.
We have no legal obligation to hold your records if you cancel your registration so will be deleted upon your withdrawal.
- Your records are stored online only whilst you are a Licensed Practitioner.
- This may be on specific computers or in the cloud. Our cloud providers comply with GDPR regulations. All computers are password protected and are in the locked offices or in personal possession of staff in their homes.
- We will never share your data with anyone who does not need access without your consent. The following people will have access.
- Administration staff for the website and office including book keeping staff may have access.
- The HS website also holds your details and your profile which you provide.
We may from time to time need to engage consultants to perform tasks which may give them access to your personal data. We will ensure they are fully aware that they must treat your information as confidential and will ensure they sign a non-disclosure agreement.
You have the right to see your personal data held by HS but as you give it all to us via the website we can state we hold nothing more except this information you provide. If there is a factual error that you are unable to alter yourself, we will be on hand to help.
We ask you to be absolutely sure we are doing all we can to keep your data safely and securely. We will make sure that only people who have genuine need for access get to see your personal data.
